Sweet Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free flour

1 1/2 cups sweet potato puree

2 tablespoons cane sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

3 eggs

1 cup almond milk

Mix wet ingredients together and dry separately.

Slowly mix them together.

Cook over medium heat until golden brown!
