Malibu Farm's Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

For salad:

2 cups cooked chicken

1 cup cooked red quinoa

1 cup finely shredded cabbage

1 cup sliced cucumber, carrot and cilantro

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

Spicy sweet Asian dressing:

2 limes, juiced

2 garlic cloves, grated

5 tablespoons maple syrup

6 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup canola oil

Combine the salad in a bowl.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Toss and serve.

*To make the recipe easier, substitute a whole foods cooked chicken and already shredded salad mix!
