how to meditate
I was introduced to meditation and yoga through my friend Sarah Barrington who is a yoga and mediation instructor. She knows I typically reduce stress through banging out a hard swim or run work out. She convinced me to try her yoga classes as a gentler kinder way to reduce stress. One of my 2021 goals is to commit to a regular mediation practice!
The benefits of mediation are numerous:
-reduces stress
-reduces anxiety
-improves focus
-improves happiness
-improves memory
-allows you to be more present
