Zucchini Bread, gluten free

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup grated zucchini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray or grease loaf pan.

Combine dry ingredients.

Add wet and mix.

Cook in loaf pan for 50 minutes.
