Blue Majik Smoothie

Blue majik, a derivative of the sea algae spirulina, is nutrient rich and high in antioxidants. Add this to smoothies or breakfast bowls to aid in healing, fighting inflammation and for protein and B vitamins.  It is also a stunning blue color!

Smoothie recipe:

1 cup almond milk

1 serving blue majik powder

1 tsp chia seeds

handful blueberries

banana

 

Blend in vitamix of blender.
