Kale Caesar Salad
It's kale and salad season! This beautiful green has so many great health benefits and is an easy one to incorporate into everyday meals!
Kale is high in iron(more then beef), vitamin C, A, calcium and is filled with powerful antioxidants!
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dijon
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan
1/2 cup croutons
1 tbsp worchestire
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
dash tabasco
pepper
1/2 head of kale
Crush pepper and garlic in salad bowl
Add dijon and mix.
Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Add oil slowly and beat then add worchestire, vinegar and tabasco.
Mix well.
Add kale, parmesan and croutons.
