Gluten Free Banana Bread

Gluten free banana bread is not as attractive looking as regular banana bread but it has many nutritious qualities and its natural denseness makes it quite filling!

Almond flour is low in carbohydrates and is a great source of vitamin E, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium. It will also provide a steady source of fuel that won't allow your blood sugar to spike!

Ingredients

1/4 of agave or honey

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 eggs

2 super ripe bananas

3/4 tsp baking soda

2 1/2 cups almond flour

cinnamon

Preheat oven to 310 degrees.

Mix wet ingredients and dry separately.

Combine ingredients and mix well.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cook for 40-45 minutes in oven.
