Gluten Free Maple Granola

Ingredients

3 cups gluten free oats

3 cups mixture of nuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, seeds

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 cup mixture of dried apricots, papaya and cranberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly except dried fruit in bowl.

Pour onto a cookie sheet and back 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Toss with dried fruit when you remove it from the oven.

Cool and serve.
