Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 clove garlic

1 leek

3 cups vegetable stock

1/2 cup beans or chick peas, cooked

1 cup greens of any kind

4 tablespoons olive oil

Chop leak and saute in pan with olive oil and garlic until lightly browned.

Add stock and vegetables and cook 4-8 min depending on type of vegetable.

Serve with a great baguette!
